Build & Environment Manager

Net Entertainment is growing and we are now expanding our QA team with a Build & Environment Manager. We are looking for a driven and proactive person with at least 5 years of experience in software development end/ or system administration.

Your areas of responsibilities will be:

• Automated software build process
• Helping development teams with build script maintenance
• Getting involved in Infrastructure setups of development & test environments
• Configuration & maintenance of the environments
• Branching and merging revisions
• Proactively improving environments and CM processes
• Introducing appropriate tools for increasing efficiency
• Providing technical expertise to developers, testers and system administrators
• Quality assurance in configuration management between development and production environments

It’s necessary to have following knowledge/skills:

• Solaris
• Automated software build tools such as Ant or Make
• Source code versioning and control systems

You have at least 5 years of experience of software development and/ or system administration. It’s desirable that you have a technical degree in either computer science or similar.

You are a driven and communicative person who can handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility. You enjoy teamwork in a dynamic work environment. You are able to manage tight deadlines. You take initiative and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

It’s desirable if you have skills some of the following areas:

• Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript
• Flash
• Web applications, Glassfish
• Database administration
• Network equipment & administration
• Subversion
